Infrared Strobe & High-Speed Optical Capture

High-speed ALPR cameras fire invisible 850nm infrared strobe bursts at 1/2000s shutter speeds. This illuminates retro-reflective plate coatings while suppressing daylight reflections and vehicle motion blur.
